ADAM TAUGWALDER
A Swiss, British and Thai citizen born in Zurich.
Adam has an exceptional background within the luxury real estate and hospitality industry.
He is the Managing Director at Bangkok based luxury real estate advisory CB Prime Property (formerly Coldwell Banker Thailand). Over the past 15+ years, Adam has worked hand in glove with Thailand's leading listed developers as well as a myriad of high-end real estate projects. He is widely regarded as one of the leading luxury real estate veterans in the country, by private clients and developers alike.
Formerly, he played an integral part in the success of several high-profile ventures. These included the real estate division of luxury hotel group Six Senses, as well as the London based European launches of the world’s largest luxury destination club Exclusive Resorts, and Berkshire Hathaway owned private aviation pioneer NetJets. He originally started his career in the family-owned real estate holding company in Switzerland.
